J&M Halme Oy 1810704-1 (hereinafter referred to as the online store) sells products to private individuals and companies. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. Product prices include value added tax (VAT).
Ordering
Products are ordered via the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is placed by paying for the contents of the cart through the online store’s checkout function. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, product prices, and shipping costs. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The order confirmation includes the ordered products and the total price.
Payment service provider
The payment mediation service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is licensed as a payment institution. In case of complaints, we kindly ask you to first contact the product seller.

Delivery
Orders are shipped on business days. Delivery time for items shipped from stock is usually 3–5 business days. Not all products are stocked in Finland; some are delivered from the supplier’s warehouse to our store within 3–7 days or, when possible, directly to the customer. In such cases, home delivery may take 3–9 days depending on the origin of the products. Delivery times are confirmed separately for each order. Shipping costs are determined based on the selected delivery method, possible additional services, and the weight and size of the order. You can see the shipping costs in the checkout before final confirmation of the order.
If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported to the online store without delay, but no later than within 14 days. Damaged shipments must also be reported immediately to the delivery company.
Returns
Consumer customers have a 14-day right of exchange and return from the date of receiving the product. The customer may return or exchange part or all of the order.
The returned product must be unused, and the product packaging must be intact and in saleable condition. Custom-made products are not eligible for return. Product descriptions include a note such as “No right of return” or “Made-to-order product.” If tires are ordered mounted on wheels, the package has no separate right of return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
If the return is due to an error by the online store or sales, we will cover the shipping costs. If the return is due to the customer’s choice, we do not cover the shipping costs.

Warranty
All products we sell are covered by a warranty. The warranty period is defined by the product manufacturer’s terms.
Products used in competitive use or contrary to their intended purpose are excluded from the warranty.

Order cancellation, liability for defects, and complaints
We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is unavailable due to an error in stock or if the product price is clearly incorrect.
The online store has a statutory liability for defects in the products sold.
