Warranty:
Runva offers a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser of the winch. The lifetime warranty covers any material and workmanship defects at the factory. Electrical components such as motors, solenoids, wiring, controllers and other parts have a limited 2-year warranty. There is no warranty on steel wire rope and synthetic rope after commissioning. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear during use or if the winch is damaged in an accident, due to misuse, overloading, or improper installation or maintenance.
