Main features:

• Durable construction:  The bumper is made of 4 mm thick sheet metal and the frame attachments are made of 5 mm thick sheet metal, which guarantees solidity and durability even in the most difficult terrain conditions.
• Winch Plate Adapter: The bumper features an integrated beam that acts as an adapter for mounting our accessory winch plate, code RS109 . This solution allows for easy upgrades to the vehicle with a winch system without the need for additional modifications. The beam is not intended for installation or use with tow bars.
• Precision machining:  The product is first laser-cut, then bent on a CNC press brake, and then hand-finished to its final shape. This production technology ensures a perfect fit and high-quality finish.
• Powder Coating:  The standard RAL 9005 matte black paint with a fine texture provides weather resistance and adds a modern and elegant look to your car.
• Shot-blasting and epoxy primer:  The bumper is shot-blasted and epoxy primed, which increases its resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. This makes the product not only aesthetically pleasing but also exceptionally durable.
• Stainless steel screws:  We only use stainless steel screws to mount the bumper, which provides additional protection against corrosion and guarantees long-term use without the risk of rust marks.
• Universal mounting:  The bumper has mounting holes for shackle holders and two holes for a hi-lift jack, which increases its functionality and facilitates use in the field.
• Easy installation:  All necessary mounting hardware is included, making installation quick and hassle-free. The bumper can also be easily removed when not in use.
• Customizable:  The standard RAL 9005 matte black paint with a fine texture gives your car a modern and elegant look. If you prefer a different color, we offer the option of ordering the bumper in any RAL color to perfectly match your style.
