Hidden winch mount Sprinter 4x4 W906 2006-2013

Mercedes Sprinter W906 NCV3 2006-2013 hidden winch mount plate under factory bumper. Is bolted to the vehicle frame side members. Manufactured as one welded element without any bolted parts. This allowed for hight strenght , rigidity and low weight of this product. Installation required drilling 8 holes from the bottom in the ends of frame side members. Bumper reinforcement remain on the car but needs to be undercut from bottom depending on the size of used winch. Made of structural steel sheet 6 mm thickness. Shot- blasted and powder coated in two layer technology with structure. It has cutout under winch drum for easy removal of dirt from the rope. Weight ca. 11,4 kgIncluding all mounting parts.Product does not have road approval.
